• Guidance on eligibility based on publicly available information
• Support throughout the documentation preparation process

We charge these fees because we offer the following benefits. If you do not require our benefits please use the government website clicking here.

We are a private third-party service and are not affiliated with the UK government. We do not have any influence over the outcome of your eTA application. The final submission and decision rest solely with the relevant UK authorities.

If your eTA is refused and you have followed our guidance correctly, we will issue a full refund of the service fee as a goodwill measure. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from the UK authorities’ decision or delays caused by third parties, such as your payment provider.

15. Refunds and Complaints

Our digital services comply with U.S. and international laws. Bookings are generally non-cancellable. Written complaints can be submitted via email for review.
